That being said... today's visit was the most positive professional dental visit I have ever experienced! The staff went out of their way to ensure my comfort in the office, and Dr. Luanne is spectacular! She explained each step, offered numerous times to stop and allow me to take a break, and her overall pleasant attitude and professionalism impressed me beyond belief!

I felt sincere concern from the staff for my comfort and empathy for my discomfort. The dental assistant was professional - she gently took care of my needs while fabricating my temporary crown. She is WONDERFUL!!

Donna at the front desk is a jewel of a receptionist! I felt she went out of her way for me since my first phone call. I tend to be a high-maintenance person at times and she absolutely went out of her way to assist me. The world often views an office by the person who answers the phone, and I truly believe you have a super employee in Donna.
